Our job doesn't end with the purchase of your equipment. In addition, we offer design build, installation, generator maintenance program, and 24-hour emergency service (365 days a year). We can also provide rental generators during your installation process. We enjoy coming in a bad situation and getting the lights back on in a timely manner

April 12, 2016 Sheila P. Torrance, CA I was panicking after dinner after I found out that all our electrical outlets in the kitchen lost its power. I tried playing with the circuit breakers but that didn't help. I immediately went on line and put out a service quote via Thumbtack. Within a few minutes, I simultaneously got an email and a call from Tony at Shore Break Electric. Tony walked through with me over the phone on what to do and within few minutes I got back my outlets power. Not only that I saved time and money, Tony saved my food in the fridge. Thanks Tony. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a base rate of 80.00 per hour per man. We also have minimum charge on an emergency call of 2 hours at 160.00 per hour. All estimates are free.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to visit the site before we bid on work. This also gives us a chance to meet the customer face to face.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always working on training and safety. This is the only way you can keep up with the change in technology and new products.
