- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is low and I usually shoot to overdeliver. Once I explain why the pricing is at a certain level they will know they are getting the deal of a lifetime.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If enough information is provided is in the inquiry I will provide a general estimate of what I believe is needed for the project. If there isn't enough information I will send two links in my response. A link to a questionnaire to gather additional details and the 2nd link to schedule a call. I always leave a link to schedule a call because within 30 minutes we are usually able to discuss and review the main details of the event and give them a better feel of my approach to see if I'm a good fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started photography in 2014 at a previous employer. I've gone through hundreds of hours in online training and have taken well over 30,000 images since 2014 at office parties, corporate events, grand openings, youth outings, weddings, worship events, real estate, product photography, and etc. I started down the videography in 2018. I've recorded videos at training and various internal and public corporate events. I've gone through countless hours of online educators to increase my understanding of video but my previous years in photography and my over 20 years of experience as a musician and audio engineer definitely prepared me to have a better understanding of videography.
