Bill lied saying he could install a fence then came out 2 times looked at the fence gave me attitude and scratched his head. The second time he said he was over his head but whined about the gas money. My neighbor, not me, offered him $100 to install the fence posts which were crooked and done in front of the gate so now I can't open it!! Run if he even bids on your job. He is deplorable and tries to manipulate for money. I wouldn't let him install a light bulb. Text me for pics of his work 951 532 8554
