After having issues trying to complete what should have been a simple project, we hired Jean to come out and install drapery rods above four windows. Communication with him was good establishing the appointment and he showed up on time. Original quote on Thumbtack was for a full day's work, final price was half that for the two hours he was there. He re-arranged an appointment so he could come do the work for us which I appreciated, but he had another appointment immediately after, so it felt like he was a little rushed. He forgot to fill the holes, and although he offered to paint/finish (I got the paint out for him)- that was ultimately left for us to do. He left a painter's cloth which I contacted him about but at the time of this review, has yet to pick it up. Minor things, but they add up and subtract a star. The curtain rods are up, they look great, and they function- that's the important thing. Thanks for knocking off an item on our To-Do list!
