FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To best suit our clients, we offer two proposal alternatives: 1) an hourly design rate for when the scope is less defined or when we provide on-site hourly consultations and 2) a flat fee design proposal with a very specific and defined scope of work or bundle package. After the initial consultation, we’ll determine together the structure that best suits your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to get on a quick call to introduce each other, and learn more about your dream project, ideas and what you have in mind. The second step would be an in-home consultation to tour the space, carefully listen to your concerns, wants and needs and discuss your design style, time frame and budget. This is a session packed with information where we offer ideas and solutions, advice on the spot, and great direction for your project. We also discuss our design process, and how we can help you achieve your goals!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained at the University of California Riverside and I am a Certified Interior Design Professional servicing the Greater Inland Empire and Southern San Diego County. I also completed the Interior Design Business Success Studio training and received a certification there as well. I have also worked for multiple design firms and construction companies that have been invaluable in my growth and education. My background as a graphic designer and multimedia specialist has also proven helpful in my interior design career, as my clients can rest assured, they will receive creative designs but also professional and high-quality presentations.
