I used Cortney to inspect for termite last year, but did not need service. But I felt that he is very honest, professional and did gave an honest estimate (not termite). So this year I found him again to do termite inspection for another house. He did a thorough inspection and offered a very competitive rate. He is very honest about what need to be done and what is not needed. I used him for other home improvement and is also very satisfied with the result.

Courtney did a wonderful job! Very honest and fair, went above and beyond, even though no termites in or around house, he fixed some wood work, stucco and painted, and did treat for the termites found in the wooden balcony.
I highly recommend him! And would definitely call him again if and when needed.👌🏼

Cortney was very honest with his inspection of my home for termites. We saw live termites in guest bathroom one time. Cortney came out twice to inspect my attic and house. He couldn’t find legitimate signs of termites anywhere. Instead of taking my money for the sake of it, he gave an honest recommendation to call him back out in 3 months to do re-inspection. I appreciate his honesty and will definitely be calling him.

I hired Shedden Home Services to address a termite problem I noticed in my upstairs bedroom. Courtny arrived on time and addressed the issue promptly. He also did a larger inspection to identify any other issues. The price was extremely fair and services were flexible, I’d highly recommend them.

We are very competitive with our pricing, show us a quote and we will try our best to beat it!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first schedule an inspection day and time, then we come out for a full inspection of the property. After that a quote is given to you to decide if you want to work with us or not!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been doing termites and rodents for 12 years now and I can say that is our specialty!
