- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For the first lesson, I will assess three things: lay-ups, dribbling, and shooting form in about 5 minutes. I will categorize the new client as a beginner, some level of intermediate skill acquisition or an advanced player. Then I will begin to build skills appropriately. For example, if a new client can do both right and left handed lay-ups, I will see if they can do reverse lay-ups with proper form.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with a 9 year old girl, who is a beginner. I work with an 18 year old young man, who is a beginner. I work with a married couple in their late 20's, where the wife has 5 years experience and her husband is a beginner. I work with three 11 year old boys at the same time who are at an intermediate level. I work with a 15 year old boy who is an intermediate player trying to make the JV team at his high school during the upcoming tryouts during the 2020-2021 school year.
