Lets start by saying Doug is amazing!!!He has been helping our business Sno2go for years now working on our freezers, fridges, A/C unit, ice cream machines and much more. He is very knowledgeable in all areas. He is quick to respond and ensures the job is done right and with a very fair price. He was a big part in getting our new location up and running, ensuring everything was working properly and smoothly. On a side note, he was the 1st customer in line on opening day. Doug is not only the best service technician he has also become a great friend. Thanks Doug for all your hard work.

I can not raved about Doug enough. Another ac company messed up our unit (they came 2x) and I was lucky enough to finally get Doug. He was super polite, professional, knowledgeable but the best was even after he serviced us and his ticket was closed, when we had questions he was super helpful and replied right away. Doug youre the best! Will always come to him and refer all of our friends and family for any ac issues.
