Hello, my name is Jonathan Luna. I have been in the Consumer Electronics Support industry for over 2 decades. I previously worked for Geek Squad as an in home computer technician for the past 20 years. I loved the job and the challenges and most importantly, helping people like you. If you are in south Orange County, CA and have had Geek Squad in your home or office in the past 2 decades, we’ve likely already met!
I left Geek Squad in May of 2025 because I want to focus on my true strength - spending time helping people actually understand and enjoy using their technology, rather than focusing solely on only setup and repair. I can absolutely help with setup and repair, but once we get that taken care of, I would love to further help you by getting you excited and confident with your technology. After years of hearing school teachers and college professors tell me that I should really be a teacher, I was finally ready to embrace my calling.
I believe having the best tools for learning is very important. I believe the Ecosystem that Apple has created is truly the best toolset to learn in this modern age.

Reliable Internet and WiFi is at the backbone of everything we do in our daily lives. With this in mind, I can also help you with troubleshooting or setting up WiFi so that you have strong and reliable WiFi in your home.
Printer setup and troubleshooting is among the top service requests, so I also have extensive experience with figuring out why you are not able to print.
We can do both on site service at your location, and I can also assist via remote support. Remote services are provided at a lower cost. All service costs that I have posted are for on site service calls. Please not that you will need to be already signed in to your Mac/iPhone/iPad with your Apple ID prior to offering remote support. If you are not yet signed in, our first appointment will need to be an on site appointment at your location so that I can help you with the necessary prerequisites for future remote appointments.
