- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair for the skill & quality materials that I use on projects. I give my best quote the first time. I do not haggle because I do not cut corners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Contact Information Inquire clients information, name, phone number, address & email Step 2: Project Information Inquire details of the clients project plus pictures through text or email. Step 3: Email Project Proposal & Scheduling A proposal will be emailed along with suggested start/completion dates. Step 4: Execute a 5 Star Mission Our end goal is to provide our clients with the best craftsmanship, communication and quality experience possible!
