Sam was amazing!!! He is polite, professional, and humble. He came to my home and did not charge a service fee. He spent a considerable time diagnosing my issue but it required parts. We decided to get the parts and continue the repair after the holiday. I wanted to give Sam something for his time but he refused to accept anything. This kind of professionalism and trust has made me a client for life.

Sam does excellent work. He can save you money on your electrical project. He is courteous, kind, and patient. The only issue is time in the clock…Sam will provide a free estimate but if he says he needs to investigate the problem, then the work time should start after the diagnosis is made, however long it takes, and his hourly rate should start then, not while making the diagnosis. Sam will provide up front free estimates if the project does not require further investigation. I’m updating my review to give Sam Five - 5 stars after speaking with him. There was a simple misunderstanding about calculating charges and Sam after diagnosing the electrical problem will quote a fee based on the work involved, not the time spent diagnosing. He then asks if you agree with the fee before proceeding and will guarantee his work. So 5 stars, not 4.
