Rene is the best! She's confident in her work and really pays attention to how pilates can work for you. She's very caring, very sweet, and responsive to your needs and questions! I have a background in dance, acrobatics, and yoga, and after having taken pilates only twice I have gained much more body awareness with her privates! Definitely worth it.

I’ve been using Sarah for pilates instruction and all around fitness training. Her style is upbeat and encouraging. Her strengths are pinpointing certain muscle groups and she is great on technique. All around a fantastic trainer. Highly recommended.

    Kristan is a first rate, top notch pilates instructor. I have had many, many pilates instructors and Kristan is truly one of the best. She is extremely intelligent about the way the body works and good at communicating that to clients as well as individualizing her instruction to the exact needs of the client. She has a thorough knowledge of pilates and knows how to use it to accomplish goals for the client. She has the highest standards of perfection in the way she teaches. She has a lovely and graceful personality and is very professional and attentive. I have not criticisms of Kristan.

      Lauren is an excellent Pilates instructor! I was not sure what to expect my first time taking a Pilates class, but she exceeded my expectations. She has a positive attitude and was very thorough when instructing. Definitely feeling the burn a few days after taking a class from her! Highly recommended!

        Maddie was my boot camp instructor and Pilates instructor. She is fabulous. I have worked with her for years which has meant that she has seen me through injuries, strength, and weakness and always knows how to adjust her motivation and her exercises to make sure that my workout is safe but challenging. Maddie actually cares beyond the time in the studio - she checks in, follows up, and never upsells or makes you feel bad. I appreciate her honesty and toughness but also her kindness. She is a hard worker and I will go back to her and Movement Integrity time and time again. She rocks.

        I've been with Pro Fitness Network for about 8 years now. I'm very happy with them. Before finding Pro Fitness I spent time at most every other fitness center in Pasadena. None of them compare. I take the Semi-Personal Training classes. It's a great combination of personal attention and price. I've also enjoyed their massage services, pilates, personal training and accupuncture.

          Jennifer has tremendous knowledge and experience with Pilates and has been a fantastic trainer. I love that she has a dance background because as a former dancer myself, I have specific needs and get bored very easily. Our workouts are never the same and always tailored to match my needs for the day.

            i had a whiplash injury to my neck a few years ago and recently was recommended to try Pilates to ease the stiffness and tension i was experiencing. After a few sessions and some sound advice on my posture the problem has disappeared. i have continued my Pilates classes and have found it extremely beneficial in many other ways.

            My experience with Katia was a treatment with Cranial Sacral. One of the best qualities of Katia, to me, is how attentive she is. She always asks questions, she listens carefully to what her clients are telling her and she is incredibly helpful.

            This review is for Rena - she has given me such fantastic one on one counseling and guidance with my form specific to my body and my limitations. I needed someone with her expertise and her patience to make pilates really worth it & work for my body. I've had two surgeries on my hips, weak knees and hyper-extension issues. Rena is the gal to go to!

            Having nearly 4 decades of regular workout experience that spans from youth / high school organized athletics to personal cardio, strength, daily stretching, I didn’t really know what to expect when trying Pilates for the first time. I learned within the first 5 minutes of my first session with Jasmine how important it is to have an experienced trainer to get the most out a Pilates session… and just to see how to properly use the apparatus! This coming from someone who has never used a personal trainer prior, and vowed to never need one prior to trying Pilates. Jasmine is extremely knowledgeable in classic Pilates and her calm, clear teaching technique shines. I’ve had 2 sessions with her so far and have a 3rd booked. She was extremely in tune with me during each session focusing, most importantly, on making sure that I’m using correct form to the best of my ability for each exercise to ensure I’m getting the most out of each motion. I’m an avid golfer as well and can already tell how the balance, strength and flexibility that Pilates can offer will help in preventing some of the nagging injuries that can occur from regular play.
