Event Planners of OC is a premiere event planning service based in South OC serving Orange, LA and San Diego counties as well as the Inland Empire. We help individuals and businesses plan major events. We specialize in weddings, family parties, concerts, dances, fund-raisers and any type of event that you have in mind. Our company provides full service wedding planning as well as day of wedding coordination. We also can offer drop off catering service for any event working with local caterers and provide service staff for your event if you would like that. I really love to help people plan events, as I have been doing event planning for over 30 years! I have a way of visualizing an event from start to finish. When I speak with potential clients, I get a feel of what they would like to have and I cater to their ideas and suggest some for them to think about. At this point, we become a team whose goal is to plan and execute a successful and memorable event. Please allow me to help you and keep your event at or under budget. My life skills are all geared for the Event Planning services, so allow me to share my talent with you. You will not be disappointed!!!

Wow, we couldn't be more happy with Irene and her staff. They were very attentive and hard working. Our day ran smoothly because of all their hard work and sense of urgency. I would hire Irene and her staff all over in a heartbeat!

After looking at the reviews, i decided to hire Irene for my event. She was very professional and friendly from the beginning. She arrived right on time to my event ready to help with whatever we needed. We had a formal 4 course dinner with a private chef and she was amazing with the way she handled every details troughout the evening. My guests and I felt very special. She also helped clean up everything and stayed longer to finish. She really cared to make sure that I get to enjoy my evening and have no worries. I highly recommend Irene to anyone who is looking to have a successful event. We will definitely use her service again. Thanks Irene for all your help!

I had 4 ladies helping my son's wedding day. Irene and 3 other ladies were very professional and very helpful. Anything can go wrong at the wedding but Irene and her team made our son's wedding soooo smoothly without any problem !!! I definetley would hire her again if we have other event coming in the future. I DEFINETLY RECOMMEND IRENE AND HER TEAM!!!! THEY DID A GREAT JOB!!!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I develop my pricing according to the needs and budget of the person or company or group that is planning an event. I do begin with a rate, but that is flexible and will change, depending on the event and the needs and budget of the one who is planning the event.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    When I work with a new customer, I like to find out what their needs are and like to help guide them through whatever process in the decision process they are at with the event that they are planning to have. I ask about the budget that they have in mind and then give them some ideas on what they should do. I help the customer envision what they have in mind and then I let them know how I can help them.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have been in the service and hospitality industry for over 30 years. I have planned major and minor events from school dances to weddings. I have served tables in restaurants and I have been a banquet server in major hotel chains as the Hyatt and Hilton. I have volunteered my talents in my children's schools as Hospitality Chair and Grad Nite Chair for years. My leadership roles and occupations, one being an Elementary Teacher throughout the years has also given me the ability to help organize and plan events. All of my experiences and skill sets are all geared towards event planning and if you hire our company, you will not be disappointed!
