- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I develop my pricing according to the needs and budget of the person or company or group that is planning an event. I do begin with a rate, but that is flexible and will change, depending on the event and the needs and budget of the one who is planning the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new customer, I like to find out what their needs are and like to help guide them through whatever process in the decision process they are at with the event that they are planning to have. I ask about the budget that they have in mind and then give them some ideas on what they should do. I help the customer envision what they have in mind and then I let them know how I can help them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the service and hospitality industry for over 30 years. I have planned major and minor events from school dances to weddings. I have served tables in restaurants and I have been a banquet server in major hotel chains as the Hyatt and Hilton. I have volunteered my talents in my children's schools as Hospitality Chair and Grad Nite Chair for years. My leadership roles and occupations, one being an Elementary Teacher throughout the years has also given me the ability to help organize and plan events. All of my experiences and skill sets are all geared towards event planning and if you hire our company, you will not be disappointed!
