Sol Energy Healing

Hi, I’m Rocío. Yoga has been a big part of my life for the past 12 years, and I’ve been teaching for five. I’m trained in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Kundalini Yoga, and I love helping people feel more at ease and at home in their bodies. Every session is supportive and tailored to you—whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for a while. We can focus on movement, strength, stretching, breathwork, meditation, or simply slowing down and de-stressing. I gently incorporate energy work and sound healing when it feels appropriate, and I also offer dedicated sound healing and intuitive energy healing sessions for deeper alternative healing. I offer private sessions and small group classes and would be happy to support you in feeling stronger, more relaxed, and more connected in your everyday life.
