Hi my name is Rocío. Yoga has been my passion and lifestyle for the past 10 years with a background in Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga & Kundalini Yoga. As a 400hr certified teacher in Prana Vinyasa which is rooted in Tantric tradition, I have been teaching yoga postures, breathing exercises, mindfulness and meditation for the last 3 years. I booked sol energy healing on short notice and Roccio came through for me it was my birthday and I wanted a group meditation session and it was a perfect sunrise outdoor experience that I will never forget roccio made it extremely comfortable and enjoyable for all of us it came complete with breathing exercises stretching and my favorite meditation sounds ( bowls etc ) I could have done a few other activities for my 50th birthday but this was by far the best choice I could have made for myself and my family got to enjoy the experience with me ! Thank you roccio for an amazing experience I can’t wait to book again ASAP !
