Hi, I’m Rocío. Yoga has been a big part of my life for over 10 years, and I’ve been teaching for the past 5. I’m trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Kundalini yoga, and I love helping people feel more comfortable and at ease in their bodies. My sessions are supportive and tailored to you whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years. We can focus on movement, strength, stretching, breathwork, or simply slowing down and de-stressing. I also incorporate gentle energy work and sound healing into sessions when it feels appropriate, always keeping the experience grounded and accessible. I offer dedicated sound healing and intuitive energy healing sessions as well for those looking for a more focused experience. I offer private sessions and group classes, and I’d love to help you feel stronger, more relaxed, and more connected in your day-to-day life.
