- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated at all. We charge by the square foot. It is the most exacting and fair way to charge. Quotes through Thumbtack will be estimated, but the exact quote will be provided to you before work begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I belong to 3 cleaning and restoration clubs. I attend educational classes 2-3 times a month(non certified). I also have taken many certification courses over the years and maintain those certifications.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Premium carpet and tile cleaning. We also perform a lot of mold remediation, water damage, and odor control jobs too.
