- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When it comes to working with a new customer, I like to set up at least 1 face to face meeting to discuss their preferences and expectations. After that, ongoing communication will take place to ensure all of their requirements are met and exceeded.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Culinary Arts certification and am currently working on a Dietetics and Nutrition degree.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got my start in catering/culinary arts from my grandfather, who was a Military Chef. He instilled a passion for this field in me at a young age which is still alive and running in this present day.
