Plumber was very nice and took my job on short notice. We were going out of town the next day and he moved his schedule around to accomodate that. He was not happy with the initial drain cleaning and asked to try a few more things until he was satisfied it was 100% complete. Very thorough. We would (and will) definitely use them again.

Extremely HONEST! This is what you need in a plumber. THIS IS the plumber you need to hire. NOW! Some other plumbers were saying a camera inspection was needed and will cost $399 to $699 and "a sign of a bigger issue which could be a much larger investment". Greg explained and gave me solid reasons why a camera inspection was not necessary, saving me the ost of an unnecessary diagnosis. He also explained what it most likely was. It's no surprises that the quote I received from Greg was among the lowest. Thank God for people like Greg. We need more people like him in this world. We really do.

Greg came out on a Friday evening as my wife and I were getting ready to have company. We were stressed as it was right before a dinner party for colleagues and prospective clients. Our guest toilet had a stoppage and there couldn’t have been a worse time. Greg arrived promptly after contact, assessed the situation, removed the toilet and cleared the stoppage, all while getting things put back in an expeditious and cleanly manner. Reasonably priced, so when we chose to upgrade our drain piping system shortly after, there was really only one logical choice. Pro fix has become a trusted asset in our homeowner toolbox.
