Chris did a great job installing in-wall Ethernet cabling for us. He was very responsive and communicative before and through the entire installation. He showed up on-time and wore (COVID safety) mask / booties on site. Would definitely use him again.Nov 17, 2020Verified
Chris helped me wire my whole house with new Ethernet cables, including conduit work on the outside of the house, wiring into the attic, and dropping down into each bedroom so that we could take load off the WiFi and hard wire our computers while we work remotely. Super nice, professional, and great valueNov 6, 2020Verified
I highly recommend Lakewood Low Voltage. I recently moved into a new home that did not have internet set up. After receiving a self install kit from Spectrum, I realized that my coax cable on the outside end of the house was cut, and when I called Spectrum for support, their technician was 2 weeks out from arriving. I work from home and each day that passes without internet equals a loss of significant of money, and that’s when I contacted Lakewood Low Voltage to see if I can get any third party tech to set up my internet. Chris from Lakewood Low Voltage was super responsive, professional, and punctual. He came by on his first visit and found that the splitter cables underneath the house were cut and told me to let Spectrum know. He didn’t have any spare coax cables and his device to read the signal, so he couldn’t work on anything and didn’t charge me. So I called Spectrum and just as Chris mentioned, Spectrum immediately moved up my appointment date by 4 days when previously, their original quoted date was the “earliest possible”. Anyhow, I asked Chris to come by again to confirm if he can set up our internet with his device and tools. Chris came by and unfortunately due to a hard disconnect from several years ago, he wasn’t able to set up my internet and recommended that I wait for Spectrum. Despite not being able to set up the internet, Chris behaved as a trustworthy professional from beginning to end; he was punctual, responsive, knowledgeable and clear when explaining his findings, and most importantly, cleaned up after himself. I’ll definitely be working with him again in the future!Sep 15, 2020VerifiedLakewood Low Voltage Inc.'s reply

Christopher was very prompt, professional, personable and courteous. I am always apprehensive of getting any work done to my house because I am a single woman and people tend to try to price gouge and get over on you not Christopher, he took the time to explain the operation of the devices he installed so I could understand them in layman's terms. I highly recommend him for any installationsOct 22, 2020VerifiedLakewood Low Voltage Inc.'s reply
Adrianne , Thank you so much for the kind words! We appreciate you time and opportunity! It’s always easy when we have such a great client.
Being a woman that doesn't know how to install anything, I needed help installing my new ring cameras. Doing a search online of ring camera installers locally, I saw the ad for thumbtack. I had heard of it before through ads so decided to give it a try. I signed up and made my request and didn't wait long before I heard from Christopher. It was literally within 15 minutes of submitting my request. He was very knowledgeable about Ring and everything that I needed installed. that was on a Saturday and he was at my house by Monday morning! He talked to me about what he was going to do and even offered to reposition not only my current cameras, but my next door neighbor's cameras as well for the best view and security for our homes. It was worry and stress-free and he did an amazing job in a reasonable amount of time! Without hesitation, I told him that I would be calling him again for installation for more cameras within a month or so as did my neighbor! she knows that if I'm referring someone they are good. LOL There's nothing better than being at ease when you hire someone to get a job done for you and they do it exceptionally well. The icing on top is the price. Very reasonable and he did not take advantage of me by throwing a crazy number at me for installing my cameras. What he charged, I felt was more than fair and I also love supporting a fellow small business owner. If you're looking for someone to take care of your camera needs or any type of security, don't hesitate to give him a call. Just talking to him on the phone for the 15 to 20 minutes that we talked initially, I knew he was the guy for the job and I'm sure you will too. Thanks Christopher and I will see you soon!Oct 28, 2020Lakewood Low Voltage Inc.'s reply
