Hila is amazing! We appreciate her help so much. We are in desperate need of deep cleaning our humble home. I requested to start off on our kitchen, living area, dining area and half bath (entire first floor including windows). She even cleaned our doors. Let me tell you.. our stove was a mess. She cleaned it flawlessly like new now. She even wiped the entire cabinets and fridge. Our half bath toilet also is sparkly clean. We kind of don't want to use our stove and toilet as she cleaned it so good. We'll definitely recommend her and get her again for maintenance. We are extremely happy with her service. She worked very hard and I salute her. I've had my husband buy her lunch as she worked non stop all day. We appreciate you so much. We will definitely contact her again for our upstairs next time.

I have never used a cleaning service before and I finally had to admit to myself that I needed help! BG’s cleaning services exceeded my expectations and cleaned the “little things” that only a homeowner would notice. I was so embarrassed of the cleanliness of my home but now I wouldn’t blink an eye to have some guests over. I’m excited to have them back to upkeep the deep cleaning that they did. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I regularly introduced my self I like to listen to there needs then I like to always give a walk through the reason it’s everyone have different needs on their place then I explain how long It would take me and yes I do take my time to make the difference then it depends on clients time if they want I clean the same day or just make an appointment for next available time and I do work on schedule time so I do get prepared for each costumer

I have 10 years experience on cleaning and also have gone to some seminars to learn many safety ways take care of my clients homes
