This guy gave me a low price to begin with and after coming to the job site he increased his fee Although I agreed to the price he told me that he is going to go and get a ladder and come back and he never showed up and never answered my calls

I was not in a safe environment to continue the job. It's important that my clients are aware that if my life is in danger I have every right to refuse my service. As for details on that situation in particular for legal reasons out of respect for myself and client I won't disclose details.
