Esmy is a great personal trainer. She challenges and encourages you during workouts. She personalizes your training and diet to meet your vision of the areas you want to improve in your body. I trained with her for 3 months and highly recommend her.

Esmy's changes her workouts often so your body doesn't get to comfortable doing the same exercises over & over! Just when I think I got her class down ... Bam!! She changes the class and I'm sore all over again :) I take her lower body class, spin class and upper body class. She's also been my personal trainer and she motivates you to push out more reps and workout smarter. Esmy gave me a meal plan and workouts to do when I wasn't training w/her. I would definitely recommend her services!
