- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fair but not the cheapest. however, we are not the most expensive. We pride ourselves on the quality of work we do giving our customers great value for the cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come and give a free estimate and explain the total process for the work which they have called us to do and give them a firm price on the work to be completed...
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner of the company has been in the industry for over 20 years. Our technicians are factory trained at the TMT training facility in Arizona, than continue that training here at our office with continuing education courses and in field work with a trainer before going out on there own.
