There was no cold air coming from my air conditioner. He made a prompt and accurate diagnosis. He not only resolved the issue, but he also took the effort to identify its root cause. Matthew was called to our house because we had a carbon monoxide issue with our heater, little did we know until he arrived. We’d all been sick for months, and quickly discovered the problem and promptly got to work. Never once did he say the job was too hard. Even though I know it would have stumped others…I’ve never seen anyone take such pride in their work as Matthew did. The problem was solved expeditiously and we all recovered without any more issues. Matthew at Air Support was very professional and helpful when it came to fixing our AC!!! We had multiple companies come out to check our ac unit and say they “fixed” it but it kept blowing hot air. He came by and fixed it and we haven’t had any issues in months!! 5/5 stars!!
