Since I've been using SPM, I've noticed less bugs which is so important to me. SPM takes the time to explain things to me and takes the time to answer all my questions. SPM is the only pestcontrol place I trust.

Awesome service! Took care of our rodent problem in the attic. Even closed up all the gaps where they had access to. Haven’t seen a rat since!

We found cats moving around in our attic. They disappeared as mysteriously as they appeared, I could not find how they got up there. I called Sharp Pest Management and he found and blocked the space the cats used to enter my attic.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very fair to the community I serve and is very competitive with the local competition. Pricing varies upon final inspection. I also give a 5% senior citizen discount as well as a 5% discount for those who pay a year in advance for ongoing services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a meet and greet I inspect the environment for conducive conditions and pest activity to come up with a customized treatment plan specifically for the structure I will be performing my services at.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I posses a California Branch ll Operator's License.
