JJ and I have started an intense workout regimen that quite frankly is kicking my a@%... but is exactly what I need to get back into shape both in muscle tone and cardiovascular stamina. He is at once approachable and friendly, he doesn't shout but will hold you to pushing yourself as far as you can go, and then a little more. If you are committed to getting into shape, I HIGHLY recommend meeting up with JJ. He is also extremely knowledgeable regarding nutrition and will literally answer any nutrition questions I have as often as I have them throughout the day via text in a very quick manner. I also really love the variety of workouts he has led me through: weigh training, intense cardio, interval training, boxing/martial arts... I'm pretty convinced he can do anything. Three things you should know: 1. You will sweat... a lot! 2. You will be sore... really sore. 3. You will have a good time through it.

I wanted to learn how too protect myself, learn boxing and other martial arts to feel more confident incase anything had happened. Arthur was wonderful and very patient with me. I don't remember the last time I had punched a bag or anything, so I thought it would have taken me longer to regain any type of form. Arthur is very well educated and makes working out and learning enjoyable. Just within a few weeks I was already sparring with him, along with other students in this facility. He also incorporated a lot of fitness workouts and other forms of exercise. I didn't have a goal to lose weight or anything, but I am not complaining one bit! i feel healthier, and stronger.

I love my workouts with Toby! I was a little nervous I wouldn't get it at first, but Toby helped me feel totally comfortable and confident! I have tried many other work out techniques and trainers, but boxing with Toby is by far my favorite! It's fun and the best workout! I am definately going to keep this up!

Professor Gino knows each student on an individual basis and truly cares not only for each student's journey in martial arts but also for his/her well-being. There's Muay Thai at 1800 and BJJ from 1910 - 2040. Everyone is also very humble, and the roughnecks will will dealt with and weeded out.
I have trained with Old School Boxing for three years. I continue to have a wonderful time learning the sweet science under the guidance of trainer Tommy Noel. He has taught me how to box like a professional, improved my conditioning, self confidence, and concentration. Tommy is smart, considerate, easy to work with, and a great motivator. I highly recommend training with Old School Boxing if you really want to learn the sport of boxing.
Awesome instructors! Shihan Bruce and his Senpai are excellent. Loved the way that not only did he teach great karate skills but taught our children about respect, discipline, loyalty, determination and passion.
This is one of the best personal training experiences I’ve had. Kevin made a point to get to know me and my history so he can focus on my fitness and health needs. He pushes you to reach your goals and makes sure you’re getting the most out of your work out every time he works with you. He also uses boxing and strength training which involves a good amount of cardio and from my experience makes the work out more exciting. I recommend Kevin to anyone who is serious about being healthy, strong and living a better life.
Scott's classes really helped my son! We had just moved here and he was getting bullied by some kids at school. After two months my son was able to defend himself and I was surprised to see how much his self confidence grew too

I had the opportunity to watch a couple of Coach Dave's training sessions at the local 24 hour fitness for a while before I finally had the opportunity to train with him. I was psyched to workout with him and he did not disappoint! He was able to work around my work schedule. I mostly just do weight training so I wanted to try something new. The session was motivational, fun, but at the same time left me gasping for air. His awesome personality make him a very likable person. Coach Dave treats his clients like friends, and he always has something positive to say. Coach Dave is more than just an awesome trainer, he's an awesome person.
