Our gardener of 10 plus years up closed his business without notice to us and the 4 other houses in our neighborhood he was servicing. We needed to find someone after several weeks of not having our yard attended to and were getting frustrated in our search. I decided to try Thumbtack and found Ininguez's profile so I messaged them and they responded almost immediately. We set up a time for a quote for the following morning. We got a very fair and competitive quote for weekly service on our house and also for our neighbors house. Victor was very professional and came across like he really cares about his customers and the quality of his work. After the quote I had several questions that he patiently answered which I appreciated. Communication with him is stellar. This morning was the first day of service and we couldn't be more pleased with how it went. The property looks great and we are relieved to have weekly service with the usual lawn care, bush trimming, sprinkler checks etc with a service I feel that we can trust. They did a great job! Believe me, thats a bold statement because if you're a property owner you probably have been disappointed by contractors and other service providers just as we have. Even though its its only week 1 of our service, I feel very confident that we have a long and professional relationship ahead of us with Ininguez.
