I hired Mike Froehlich approximately 7 years ago to provide property management services for my commercial properties. He has handled maintenance, repairs, rent collections, handles all problems, interacts with government agencies and maintains a positive relationship with tenants. He communicates frequently and we make all necessary decisions together. I don't have to worry about things being handled or being woken up in the middle of the night if something goes wrong with one of the properties. He is honest, fair and reasonable. I appreciate that he's not a "suit" guy and never feel that he's slick or trying to negatively take advantage of a situation to my detriment. He is ethical and I like him as a businessman and as a person. I highly recommend working with him and his company.

i have worked for an appliance company for the last 27 years.we work with allot of property mngt companies. so when i was done dealing with my rentals and wanted to turn them over to a property mgnt i had a very large selection to choose from. i chose loyal blue for allot of reasons. they are aggressive with the right amount of patience's. they are knowledgeable with the understanding of always learning. over the years i have been into many of the different houses he manages. have seen the tenants and the way the properties are kept. i have been impressed with the professionalism he shows. i am extremely satisfied with my choice to go with loyal blue.

Found Charla's contact info on some rental listing so I just sort of lucked out I guess. She immediately responded with several nice options to choose from and we narrowed it down to just a few. Her timely responses and 'no nonsense' attitude helped me secure a great apartment that was getting heavy interest in addition to myself. If you want someone to get it handled for you and you're not a big fan of wasting time, don't bother calling anybody else. :)

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I OWN 3 PROPERTIES, 1 SINGLE FAMILY HOME, 1 MULTIFAMILY BUILDING (11 UNITS) AND 1 CONDO, AND I HAVE USED SEVERAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANIES OVER THE LAST 20 YEARS. HOWEVER, I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A BETTER COMPANY FOR THE LAST FEW YEARS. WHEN YOU OWN RENTAL PROPERTY, THERE ARE A FEW THINGS THAT MAKE THE MOST DIFFERENCE - HAVING GREAT TENANTS WHO WILL TAKE CARE OF THE PROPERTY, LEASING THE PROPERTY FAST AND NOT LOSE MONEY FROM UNIT BEING VACANT TOO LONG, AND TAKING CARE OF REPAIRS IF ANY QUICKLY AND COST EFFECTIVELY. ALL THE PROPERTY MANAGERS AND LEASING AGENTS I USED WERE GOOD AT MOST ON ONE OF THESE KEY ITEMS. ZENPLACE PROPERTY MGMT HOWEVER IS THE ONLY COMPANY I HAVE FOUND THAT FOCUSES ON ALL. THE FIRST UNIT THEY LISTED FOR RENTAL ON A MONDAY AND BY THURSDAY, THEY ALREADY HAVE 11 SHOWINGS AND BY FRIDAY, I HAD A WELL QUALIFIED AMAZON ENGINEER AND FAMILY AS A TENANT. WHEN I TALKED TO THE TENANT, HE SAID HE LIKED ZENPLACE'S ONLINE AND MOBILE SYSTEM FOR INSTANTLY BOOKING SHOWINGS AND WAS FRUSTRATED BY OTHER AGENTS WHO HE WOULD HAVE TO KEEP CALLING. ZENPLACE ALSO QUICLY COLLECTED THE DEPOSIT AND GOT THE LEASED SIGNED FAST SO NO WAITING THERE. GREAT LEASING EXPERIENCE WITH MY OTHER UNITS TOO - QUICK, FAST, AND ATTRACT HIGH QUALITY TENANTS. I used to own a property in Baldwin Hills, CA, when I met Meikaa Rochele, between 2005-2010. My wife and I were very busy, and didn't have a whole lot of time to manage our investment. That is when I was introduced to Meikaa Rochele. One of the best days of my life. She makes repairs and maintenance for the home/apt stress free. She does a lot of the behind of the scenes work, by getting budget-friendly estimates. I like the fact that she lived on the premises and handled our tenant relations with poetic justice and communicative ease. She was a great liaison between all parties. She e-mailed monthly reports/updates to me, and if I ever needed to schedule an in-person business meeting with her, she was readily available. She is a one-woman company, but, handles her property management duties with great poise and organization, and as her employer, I like the fact that she treated everyone as she would like to be treated. She was a gem when it came to dispute resolution in regards to tenant or vendor matters, and that is why in 5 years, we had only 3 evictions(which she tried very hard to avoid). She directly deposited rents to my bank, which could hardly be more convenient for me. Overall, if I were still living in the California area, or owned any property there, I would never have given her skills, dedication, and personality up. She is an excellent and efficient property manager and anyone who hires her will be pleased with her job performance.
