Workimg with Ahmad and his team has been such a great experience for my husband and I. Ahmad's professionalism and his dedication to help landlords and tenants is exceptional. Not only are they able to help you with all the proper lease agreement, background checks and showing your property to potential tenants. His team and him go above and beyond to make this process as easy as possible for everyone. The best part is that Ahmad and his team specially Marianela, is that they are able to make everyone feel comfortable specially in explaining in detail to them in Spanish any sort of document such as contracta, background checks etc. Rest assured you are in great hands with Ahmad and Marianela.

Ahmad Bdeiwi was very patient and easy to work with. He did an eviction for me and even the tenant was happy in the end. We were able to avoid court. Reasonable management fees to avoid future headaches.

It has been a pleasant experience so far, Ahmad is very responsive which is important to us because we value our property and wanted a property manager who can do the same. He is very knowledgeable and if he does not know something he does his due diligence to find the best answer. He knows how to communicate with trouble tenants and get the job done. We have already seen improvement to the property through his communication with the tenant. He is a great buffer between the Owner and the tenant for those who want to maintain anonymity.

Ahmad has been a great asset to our Homeowners Association. We were self managed before and struggled to get projects done or even started. He has helped us collect back dues, while still maintaining good relations with all the homeowners, even those he collected from. We have just completed our first major project, repairing some significant water damage. Thanks to Ahmad’s help, the project has been completed and approved by the city and now we are starting in on our next project right away.His hard work and enthusiasm are greatly appreciated.
