- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are a flat 40 rate for any class and 30-40 for any private lesson. Any weekly privates taken grants free membership into our classes as well!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on if our customers are registering for private lessons or public classes, we put our athletes through our typical cycle and we place our athletes in our unique EPRS rating system. From there, our athletes will have an idea in what they will be working towards. They will be registered in our ladders to play weekly matches once they become competitive. Finally, we offer quarterly tournaments as well for our competitive athletes, all complimentary of taking privates or public classes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Led by a USPTA certified Professional Coach, we follow USTA guidelines for teaching ages 5-adult. We have several years of coaching all ages.
