- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We film many types of special events and we also help large and small business create marketing videos for their products or services. All of our prices are clearly displayed on our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make them feel comfortable and the information I present to them is never high pressure or aggressive. I explain our services in detail and answer any questions they may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended New York Video School and many years of practice perfecting my craft by filming weddings for the last 15 years.
