- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My minimum charge is $60, which covers my first hour of work. After that I charge $15 per 15 minute interval. I may be able to give you a fixed price. The more information I have about a job, the easier that will be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to gather relevant information about the job before I accept. That way we can both be sure that I have the relevant skills and equipment to complete the job to our mutual satisfaction. I am always on time. I always complete the job. I aim to be efficient and friendly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Two year vocational qualification in cabinetmaking. Fifteen years as a bespoke cabinetmaker and installer. I am constantly expanding my skillset.
