At first, messaging with Crystal West Cleaning was very easy and I appreciated their responsiveness. I liked their pricing, so I booked them and received an invoice for the upcoming job. Somewhere along the line, there was a miscommunication and they never received our address (nor followed up for the address) and they did not show up at the scheduled date & time. I was able to connect with someone over the phone that day (within an hour of their scheduled arrival time) and they let me know about the miscommunication and would be able to come the following day to complete the cleaning. Even with the inconvenience of having to re-schedule, the team was professional and did a good job cleaning our house.

  We can always discuss discounts as well as military discounts!

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  We can discuss our prices, then we will swap emails send invoices, payment is completed after clean. Online payments or in person payments are welcome. Zelle as well.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  We have years of training and understand what can be cleaned and what can’t, we try to make sure to get you the most for your dollar.
