Introduction: Ultimate Maintenance Services, Inc. locally supports beach cities and all Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties. We offer daily, weekly, and monthly service programs, which are customized to fit your schedule. Our list of services include but are not limited to:
- Janitorial (office spaces, tenant buildings, government agencies, schools, retail businesses, etc)
- Construction cleanup
- Porter services (day or night)
- Floor maintenance (full services, waxing and buffing, tile, granite, hardwood, concrete, terrazzo, and marble floors are only some of the types of floors we service)
- High pressure washing and steaming
- Window cleaning (high rise, retail, residential, etc)
- Parking lot maintenance
- Hygienic sanitary supplies (paper products, deodorants, cleaning chemicals, janitorial equipment, lighting supplies, etc)

Very pleased with their quality of service. Very responsive to specific requests and emergency calls outside their routine scope. Field staff and admin staff is pleasant to work with. Would definitely consider working with them in the future as well.

My experience was awful. Their quote was misleading and they didn't complete the job. Then they had the audacity to tell me that they didn't conplete the work because they realized they quoted me too little. Worst experience ever! Hire someone else!
