  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We charge 6-7% of the collected rents per month. Our customers get a lifetime special of $100.00 per vacancy filled.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We will inspect the property/properties to be managed, and collect property information from our title company and provide info to the owner. Then we will meet in our office to provide the owner/s with a thorough breakdown of what services we render and what a new customer can expect. After that we serve the tenants with a letter explaining who we are, where they are to pay their rent, and which number to call for an emergency.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    We are licensed Realtors, and are Certified Property Managers.
