- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing may vary depending on the project, but we do our best to keep our pricing fair as possible. There are a few things we have to take into account when providing our prices, such as, materials, travel and extras avaliable to add on. We do have specials and promotions for recurring clients. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process when working with new clients is to get to know them and their home as best as possible through text, call or e-mail, learn any unique request they may have, then show up complete the job,then thank them for their business, afterwards give them information on how to book with us again and what offers we may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our education and training comes from many generations of professionals cleaners, passing down their knowledge and expertise in the various fields that we cover. Good housekeeping has always been at the top of our list and will continue to be passed on to future generations.
