Very pleased with the service I received. I am pregnant with twins and unable to clean due to doctors orders. They were a little late but they definitely made up for it by the quality of cleaning I received. They went the extra mile by cleaning the base boards and shutters along with a normal cleaning. Reasonable rates and they came the next day after I called for help. I have already scheduled them for another cleaning.

They cleaned my townhouse from top to bottom after minor construction that created a lot of dust. They came in and hit the whole place hard from top to bottom. The cost was reasonable and the work was top notch. They got the details. i am arranging to have them back for regular cleaning.

I had a bad experience with a previous maid service I had hired to clean my friend's house who's husband was dying from cancer at home. I signed up for Thumbtack and began to email back and for with Barbara on the situation and what I was looking for. She really stood out from the other's who I spoke with. She was very caring of what my friend was going through. None of the others were. SHE wanted it to be a good experience for my friend. So I hired her. She and her assistant showed up on time. She was kind to my friend and really showed that she wanted to do a great job. My friend called me a little later and said you could already see a difference in the house. The experience for my friend who had by then lost her husband was great. She would be having a lot of people over at her house and she was going to be ready for it. I was so glad and appreciative of Barbara's service and kindness. My friend had been through enough and I wanted to help her and since I was some distance away, this was the next best thing. Thank you so much Barbara!
