Got my hair done this weekend, and Helen worked more than her usual magic. I think I can safely say, this is the best my hair has ever looked in almost fifty years. I was looking for fun, flattering, and easily managed style. I got that and more. On my first visit, Helen partnered with me and used a product that I wanted to use. (I did my research, but the product wanted were not the best fit for my hair type.) But she still did a great job whipping me into shape. My second visit produced this really cute and sassy cut that featured highlighted extensions. No one knew the better, and I got tons of complements. My third visit was a hair miracle. When I called her to make the appointment, she said, "You need the works". She also made new product recommendations for my hair. I was reluctant, and decided to let her make all the decisions. You only know what you know. I did my research on my products, but it was quite obvious that Helen's 35 years of experience is superior to my internet research. She has the passion for customer service, she has "off the chart" skills, she is very knowledgeable about chemicals, and lastly she is an artist. She takes all these key components and create something quite spectacular for each individual. We are so bless to have such a Hair Master in Livermore. I no longer have to travel 30 plus miles to sit in a shop for most of my Saturdays to receive sub-par service. Helen is a Miracle Worker for Hair.

My advice is this: theres a ton of information on hair loss and hair additions out there. Its important to remind potential clients that they should educate themselves on what to expect from their salon experience; I cant stress enough how important it is to have a licensed hairstylist with experience and a wealth of knowledge on their subject of interest.
