I treat every client and what they need done as if it was my own home. I'm really easy going and very honest. I want the best for the customer and my number 1 priority is for the client to be happy and satisfied. I go above and beyond and more than happy to do little extra. Plus my prices are very reasonable. I've been in business for about 15 years but have more than 20 years experience. I'm very creative and knowledgeable with colors and with matching different color combinations. I also have great taste in style and designing colors with furniture. I do some remodeling too. We were looking to repaint a bedroom to turn into our new baby room, and going with Khalid was the best decision we made. We had a really positive experience working with him. Khalid was very responsive and friendly during all communication. He was able to come and work on the room the very next day after we found him on thumbtack. Khalid was able to get us a discount on our paint at Home Depot, which was very generous of him. Not only did he do a great job on the room, he continued to go above and beyond. He painted our door to the room as well, and painted over marks on the ceiling and baseboards that were caused by wear and tear. We were really impressed with his work and appreciated the detail and care he put into making sure our baby room was perfect!! We are so grateful!

I reached out to Khalid on Thumbtack to get my nursery room painted. He originally said he was available 2 days after but said he could make the next day work. On the day of appointment, he showed up promptly with another worker and completed the job in 2 hours. We were very happy with the details and workmanship. The room looks great and they also only ended up using one gallon of paint. Price was also very reasonable and he is very responsive. Definitely will use them again for any future services!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are negotiable unless stated otherwise. I'm easy to work with and try to be helpful as possible and mindful of clients satisfaction on how much they are sending.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make sure I talk to them over the phone before I come give a quote. To get a better idea of what I would be expecting. Dress with clean presentable attire and be well groomed. Make sure I show utmost respect and professionalism as I'm getting to know them and exactly what needs to be done. I let them know that I treat their home as if it was my own and be as honest and helpful as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands on painting experience since I was 11 years old. Helping paint few different family members rental properties before moving out. In 2001 I was hired to work for the first ever Lowes in Bay Area. I helped build the store before it was open and was a Paint Specialist during the grand opening. Within the two years that I was there I learned a great deal about paint, mixing it, how paint is formulated, the different brands and bases, the different sheens and what type of sheen is used where. I quickly learned most of the material and products that painters use to paint a house. I didn't realize back then how crucial and beneficial this would be for me. Very grateful for it. I've worked for 4 different Professional Paint Contractor. Ive bought paint books and studied a decent amount. I love watching DIY YouTube videos and so I e put hundreds of hours of YT videos. It's been quite the experience.
