I can't say enough nice things about Golden Bay Plumbing. I don't usually write reviews but these guys deserve one. There were a lot of plumbers I could have called that day but thankfully it was Oliver that picked up the phone. He came out for a simple spigot repair and offered to take a look at the rest of my heritage home (just bought last year). It would have been years before I realized there was a crack in my sewage main that was causing all kinds of damage to the house. Oliver worked with me on quotes, taking into account my finances, and got to work immediately. It was a BIG job. They replaced the entire 50 foot line in a few days (30% of which was under my garage floor). He handled the City, managed the entire project, removed all debris, and left the property fully repaired. He and his team are top-notch plumbers. Everything they do is UP TO CODE. At the end of the day they did the job for almost half of what other plumbers charge. I had them come back and put in a tankless water heater and it was done right too. I will never call another plumber as long as they are around.

The Technician Oliver was great. He went way out of his way to help me. He came back and didn't charge me to add the remote wireless component to my waterless tank. I so appreciate his willingness to follow through with what he states. I will use him again. His prices are very affordable. He also said if I need additional help I could contact him.

Thank you Oliver! Anytime I contacted them for appointments or questions, they were really responsive. We had a corroded pipe with rusty water in the shower which needed a wall to be opened to confirm the issue, and Oliver gave really good guess and price estimate. He also helped install a reverse osmosis filter with no problems. Another plumbing company said it would be complicated to install but it seems easy for Oliver. He also cleaned up afterwards and didn’t leave anything. Thank you!!
