Introduction
I have been painting for 25 years I started after high school with my friends dads company. painting new track homes in Placerville Ca. I moved to the valley and got my contractors license in 1996. My company has always been a word of mouth business and I have always kept my business small so I can personally oversee all projects and know they are done right. I am not afraid of prep work. Prep work is the foundation of any project. Paint alone is not the same without first making sure that that the surface your applying it to is cleaned , sanded, and or primed.I do full interior and exterior, Painting cabinets. trim, doors, popcorn ceiling removal, patchwork and light texture. I paint and stain decks, arbors patios and fences.
I love restoring houses that really need improvement because the before and after is what really stands out. I like all phases of painting, but I especially like painting and restoring kitchen cabinets. I also love repainting Exterior repaints and seeing that house years later to see it still looking beautiful, and knowing that I did that job.

I hired Journey Michna for painting the outside of my house. He delivered excellent service, quality production, and top of the line products. I have since then hired him for the inside of my home and he delivered again. One main attribute to add onto what's stated above is the fact that he delivered excellent service with honesty. He is to be trusted and I highly recommend Journey Michna for all painting services. Thank you Journey for doing a brilliant job on short notice. Journey Michna Painting completed the project without the need for me being on site since I live out of state. I had to prepare 2 rooms for guests and Journey turned the rooms from blah to exciting. Afterwards I decided to do the whole place and it has lifted the spirit of the whole place. Thank you Journey.

I had Journey paint the outside of my house and he did a great job. He was on time and very professional. Now it's time to do the inside later this year. I would highly recommend him!!
