I provide fitness training in the comfort of your home or in a public location such as a park or trail. I have some equipment such as dumbbells, speed ladders, agility cones, bands and medicine balls. my specialties include body weight training and sprint training. I tailor the program to my clients, not the client to my program. Everyone is different, so we have to be smart when training in order to avoid injury or a decrease in motivation. I build up, not break the client down. You will be pleased with what I have to offer.
I am certified fitness training through the International Sports Science Association. I can also tailor meal plans and give advice on what supplements would be right for you. I have over 11 years of military training and implement a lot of the core values I learned in my time of service. I am very knowledgeable in what I do. I have led and trained soldiers to perform at their best by instilling a solid work ethic and providing purpose and motivation with fitness.
I am very flexible in my pricing and can discuss rates and work out a payment plan. I am not after the dollar. I am a very passionate trainer. I love fitness and want to spread my vast knowledge throughout my clients. I don't want to keep you as a client for life -- I want to train until you have reached your goals and or gained the knowledge to carry on your fitness journey on your own. As I've said, I'm not looking to get rich or milk my clients. Thank you for time.
