Christopher earned this 5-star rating before, during and after the RING installation job he did for me-he is a true professional and a pleasure to work with.
He spent a lot of time with me to make sure I purchased the right products for my project and then we worked together on the proper placement of the cameras. I am delighted by the coverage I’m getting from the devices Chris installed.
When we were all done, there was a glitch with my doorbell, and the software stopped working after it passed the test run. Chris patiently troubleshooted the problem until he traced it to the source and fixed it.
Two days later, everything’s still working well, and I’ll be asking Chris to return for phase two of the project: a couple more spotlight cams with solar panels in other exterior areas of our property.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Base rate starts out at $125 an hour, TV installs above 60" start out at $175.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will contact the customer as soon as possible with a quote already in mind depending on the information provided. If not enough information is available, I will discuss further over the phone or go to the site if necessary to provide a free quote which is the most accurate to provide a quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of low voltage installation experience with both commercial and residential projects
