The service is great. I went in to get my dress altered for a wedding I was attending and the employees are fantastic they heard and took care of everything I needed to be done to the dress. My dress was so badly fitted when I bought it but at House of Brides they took in the sides and made it fit perfectly, I absolutely love how the dress looks now, will definitely be going back for future alterations. By far best experience at a bridal shop. Great customer service and great alterations. While I was also in there the selection of dresses and Tuxedos were abundant. (will probably be going back to look for my wedding dress there. Highly recommend going to look for either wedding dresses or alterations.
