From start to finish, he was everything you could possibly hope for in a professional—honest, reliable, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in doing what’s best for his customer, which was me. The scope of work he handled for me was no small task. He completely redid the electrical system in my home, including a full panel replacement. This is the kind of project that can be intimidating for any homeowner, but he walked me through the entire process step by step, making sure I understood what needed to be done and why. At no point did I feel pressured or left in the dark—he explained everything in clear, easy-to-understand terms and always laid out multiple options so I could make informed decisions. What stood out to me most was his honesty and commitment to cost-effective solutions. Instead of trying to upsell me on unnecessary work, he consistently looked for ways to save me money while still ensuring everything was safe, efficient, and up to code. It’s rare these days to find someone who genuinely prioritizes the customer’s best interest, but that’s exactly what he did every step of the way. His reliability and accountability were also exceptional. He showed up when he said he would, stayed on schedule, and made sure the job was completed on time—something I deeply appreciated because I had a strict deadline to meet. Worked w Cesar at CJs Electric to install new circuit breaker panel. Cesar was responsive from the very first call and immediately came out to give an estimate. Guided us on the process of contacting electric company for the change, explained what to expect & was super knowledgeable which made the process easy. He worked efficiently and the quality of his work was excellent.

Cesar did a great job on our project! I know it’s never easy to come in and fix what someone else started but after our contractor bailed, Cesar came in and got everything running nicely. He even did some extra stuff beyond electrical, some drywall and insulation repair, plumbing, at a good price as well! I’ve actually already got plans to bring Cesar back for more work to finish up other projects!

Cesar was great! He knew what he was doing and was able to fix my electrical. He was willing to come same day. He assessed the situation, got the necessary parts fixed everything. He also left it much cleaner than it was before. I also felt that he was not overcharging me and his price was fair.
