Introduction: I'm a very good Italian cook, but I can cook other dishes, too. I can also do cocktail parties, couple dinners and/or large parties. I also go into customers' homes and cook nightly dinners, serve them and clean up.
I also have a gift to bake. I will make any dessert. My banana cake is mouth watering and my cream puffs are to die for; you can't just eat one. My carrot cake is delectable, and my cheesecakes, all 14 flavors are creamy and scrumptious.
I also bake a fabulous birthday cake filled with luscious cream, sliced fresh strawberries and bananas, topped with fresh, and I mean fresh whipped cream. No one has ever eaten one slice, and if that's what your looking for, then just ask, and I will bake it.

So pleased to write a review for Diana. She is a top notch chef. She has helped us a number of times when she comes into town. I did a bridal shower and she made all the appetizers and served a full Italian pasta luncheon. It was all so delicious. She made the most awesome cake Im sure it was better than the brides wedding cake! This is homemade cooking at its finest and she brings it all and gets it served with such ease. Another time we had a retirement gathering and she did hors doeuvres and a cheesecake. The hors doeuvres platters were perfect a nice selection for all diets and so beautifully presented. My friends cant stop talking about the cheesecake. Diana asks all the right questions and makes sure your event is just what you need. Her prices are very reasonable for the amount of food, and especially the quality and presentation. What a joy to entertain and not worry about the food!

Diana has cooked and baked, for me, for over 20 years. She is a warm, loving, compassionate person, who just loves to cook and share her gifts. You can see that Diana loves her craft and making her clients happy, with yummy foods. She brings skill, passion and commitment, literally, to your table. When I eat Italian food, I always compare it to Diana's. Her sauce is so delicious and her meatballs are superb.
She has cooked for me, on a personal capacity, when I was too busy, with work, to cook for myself. One weekend, I was so busy with clients, that I didn't even have time to serve myself the food, that she had already prepared, for me. She came by each day and prepared a plate, each time, to make sure I ate that day. She is really a blessing!
Diana has also catered parties for me, serving beautifully prepared and well presented healthy menus. For my birthday one year, she made her famous cheesecake with fresh strawberries and fresh whip cream. My guests were blown away. I was very proud to pass out her business cards, that day.
I highly recommend Diana, as a personal chef, to cater parties, bake cakes or desserts, and overall, as your go to person for fresh, delicious meals or treats. She is a joy to be around, if you need her to stay and serve your guests, with a smile. Diana will cater to all of your food needs and keep you coming back, for more.

I have used Diana's Kitchen catering services for several years and have never considered using another. Diana is able to prepare a wide variety of foods in the most flavorful, imaginative and exquisite manner. My guests cannot praise Diana's food enough, which continues to make my gatherings a great success. Diana has also been quite helpful regarding organizing theme parties including design, decoration, yummy food choices and presentation. No matter what types of food I have asked her to prepare, it has always been a delicious success. In addition, Diana's desserts compare to none. My guests cannot rave enough about the variety and absolute deliciousness. Dianas prices are so completely fare. She is a professional who leaves everything immaculate. I highly recommend Dianas Kitchen.

Diana catered my daughters 5th birthday party from the food for kids and adults to the birthday cake and cupcakes. Everything was a hit! Diana came highly recommended from a friend and she totally delivered with great food and fantastic energy. Will definitely call on her again and obviously highly recommend.
