- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing varies depending on the amount of pictures, the time it takes for an event, how many images that need retouching and the delivery method of the images. Typically a corporate headhsot starts at $99 and a real estate shoot from $150-$300. Family portrait sessions range between $200-$300 and I am glad to work in a customers budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When a new customer books me, I send over images of my previous work so they can decide if they are happy and if I am the right choice for them. I send over an invoice (for partial payment) and a contract for my services. I have a great back-up team - mainly my wife who is extremely customer orientated and assists with ensuring the paperwork is completed with ease.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Since a young kid, I was passionate about photography and throughout the years have learnt and am still learning everything there is to know about creating the best pictures. I have been in business since 2011 and have learnt through various resources different techniques to capture pictures that my clients love! I only use the latest and high-tech equipment as well.
