FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe that the cost to file your taxes should be transparent from the first step. No hidden fees or up sell. Just a simple flat rate for a professionally prepared tax return. Returns are prepared by an EA, at a fraction of the industry standard cost. We provide audit assistance, accuracy guarantee, year-round support, and filed tax return access.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with a chat to determine if we can help, deliver value, and get a good overview of your current needs. Then the client sends their information and documents by secured document portal, fax or dropping off, or we meet in person to go over everything. We ask to provide the previous two years of tax returns filed so that we can also review in regards to accuracy and completeness. The length of a tax preparation depends on the activity and information provided. Communication is done either through email or telephone.
