Lowrey Family Plumbing saved us from a plumbing mess we should never have inherited.

The previous install was a disaster — not even close to code, poorly routed, and clearly done by someone who was guessing. We needed the whole setup moved and redone the right way. Justen came out, looked at it without making us feel stupid, explained exactly what was wrong, and laid out a clear plan to relocate and rebuild it properly.

The work itself was beyond excellent. Everything was done to code, clean, and solid. No shortcuts, no “good enough,” and no surprise extras. He treated the house like it was his own, cleaned up after himself, and walked us through what he did so we actually understood it.

Communication was easy the whole time. Fair pricing.
