From start to finish, we had a fantastic experience when we chose Lowrey Family Plumbing to do our dishwasher and faucet replacement! Initially when I used Thumbtack to look for a local plumbing service, I was new to the platform and didn't know what to expect. Very quickly, we realized that we were still too early in the "planning stages" and still had a few steps (like purchasing the appliances, haha!) and Lowrey's very patiently walked me through what I would need in advance of setting up my appointment. Justen asked me to provide photos via text of my project, specifically the under-sink area, and through my photos and a little additional information, was able to provide me with a "ballpark" quote without ever visiting the house. Once we received the delivery of our appliances, I was able to set a service appointment on Monday of the very next week. We received text message updates the day of arrival to confirm and he arrived within the window expected. I found Justen to be very professional, courteous and organized. Installation was seamless and clean-up was beyond expectation, as he left the area spotless and even made our boxes and old dishwasher vanish as if they were never here. Also, the service was SO affordable for the work that was provided. Recommend this family business 10/10. Thank you, Justen, and thank you Lowrey Family Plumbing! We look forward to working with you on all our future plumbing projects!
